2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
1 can chopped water chestnuts
mayonnaise
Thaw spinach and drain well. Add soup mix. Mix chestnuts and add enough mayonnaise to spread. Service with crackers.
