Dried Beef Roll

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 oz. Accent
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
10 green onions, chopped fine
2 small jars dried beef, chopped fine

Mix the first 3 ingredients, then mix in the next 2 reserving a handful of beef to press into the ball. This is a one pound ball. Four pounds will serve 40 to 50 people.

Summer Italian Pasta Salad

3 c. (12 oz) elbow pasta uncooked
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bottle (8 oz) viva Italian dressing
3 c. broccoli florets
3/4 c. red bell pepper slices
1/2 c. red onion slices
1/2 c. pitted ripe olive slices

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate several hours.

Chicken Enchiladas

Grated cheddar cheese
chopped onion
1 can (sm) mild chilies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk

Boil chicken and remove from bones. Mix chicken and everything together. Put in softened tortillas. Pour rest over it and put cheese on top. Bake at 250 until cheese bubbles.

Peanut Blossoms

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 candy kisses

Combine all ingredients except candy kisses. Blend well. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Top each with candy kiss pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edges.
