2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 oz. Accent
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
10 green onions, chopped fine
2 small jars dried beef, chopped fine
Mix the first 3 ingredients, then mix in the next 2 reserving a handful of beef to press into the ball. This is a one pound ball. Four pounds will serve 40 to 50 people.

These recipes have been handed down and passed around. I am currently going through a 1992 family reunion cookbook, a huge tin of bits and pieces of paper, and other pieces of paper stuffed in cookbooks that I have inherited.
