"Crab" Spread

8 oz. imitation crab chopped
2 - 3 tsp. dried minced onion
2 celery stalks minced
8 oz. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 - 3 tsp. louisiana hot sauce to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder to taste
1 Tbsp. miracle whip

Mix well and chill.

Service with Crackers.
