12 ears fresh corn, but off
12 large green tomatoes
3 large onions
3 c. sugar
dash of canning salt
1 large cabbage
cucumbers to taste
1 qt. vinegar
1 pt. prepared mustard
Chop all ingredients together well. Mix with vinegar and mustard. Boil 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. Pack hot mixture into hot sterilized jars and seal.
